14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with MailHelm. If it's not the right fit, we'll refund your purchase.
Our Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Pro and Business). If you're not satisfied with MailHelm for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility
- New subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase
- Annual plans: Full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, pro-rata refund for unused months upon request
- Monthly plans: Full refund within 14 days of any billing cycle. After 14 days, cancel to prevent future charges (no partial refund for the current month)
- Renewals: Refund available within 14 days of renewal charge
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to hello@mailhelm.app with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your license key or the email address used for purchase
- Briefly describe why you'd like a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued through the original payment method via Lemonsqueezy.
After a Refund
- Your license will be deactivated
- The application will revert to the Free plan
- Your local data remains intact and accessible with Free plan features
- You can re-subscribe at any time
Pro-Rata Refund for Annual Plans
If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day guarantee period, you may request a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused months. The refund is calculated as:
Refund = (Annual Price / 12) x Remaining Full Months
For example, if you paid $144/year and cancel after 4 months, you would receive: ($144 / 12) x 8 = $96 refund.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent transactions
